What does MTO mean?

MTO stands for Made to Order. All of our items are hand-made for you. We may have some already made to ship out sooner than later.

What does "Limited Run" mean?

Limited run means just as it sounds. Certain products will only have a few made of them due to limited resources. 

If a rosette isn't "Limited Run," will the other rosettes ever be discontinued?

They will not be discontinued for a long time. Designs will retire but we will announce when they will. If supplies become discontinued, so will the rosette design too.

Do you do custom rosette commissions?

If you do not see a listing for custom rosette commissions, then we are not taking commissions right now.

How much is shipping and what method will it be?

US Customers: Shipping starts at $6.00 and will be shipped most of the time USPS First Class Package (2-5 days) w/ tracking. 

International Customers: Shipping starts at $12.00 and will be shipped out most of the time the slowest option (2-6 weeks) w/ limited tracking. 

If you would like faster or additional insurance, please leave a note in your order and we will get back to you via email for extra charge.

How long will it take for my order to ship out?

We ship out twice a week: Monday and Friday. Depending on our work schedule (as we have day jobs), MTO orders can take 3-7 days to complete then it can take a few more days to ship out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Costs vary per different country. We are not responsible for any custom, duty, or VAT taxes your country may impose on your package.

I never received my order.

US Customers: Send us an email to [email protected]. We'll try to help you track down your package. If all else fails, we will send you out a new product if our inventory permits or refund you.

International Customers: The slowest shipping method, depending on your country, can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Please be patient before contacting us at [email protected] cannot guarantee your package can be found but we will try to help.

My order came to me damaged!

All of our orders are packaged with care. If there is a problem, please send out photos right away to [email protected].

If you received a rosette with crinkled ribbon, it can be an easy fix of taking an iron to it on low eat to get out the creases. Sometimes in the shipping process, there may be heavier packages that get put on top lighter packages that may have caused your rosette to be more wrinkled than normal.

I got my order but it doesn't look like the photos.

Our photos are taken in bright studio lighting. Products may look darker in person or in darker lighting. Photos will also vary from different screen displays.

On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong product, please email us with a picture at [email protected].

I received my order but I want to return or exchange it.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
